✨ A Double Celebration ✨

This week, I marked two milestones that mean a lot to me:

🌿 The 6th anniversary of my psychology practice

📖 The upcoming release of my debut fantasy novel, Reigning Fire (launching in exactly one month!)

To celebrate, I chose a moon cake—not the pastry kind, but a beautiful moon-themed cake. The Mid-Autumn Festival has always been deeply meaningful to me, and somehow it found its way into both my non-fiction (Nurturing Neurodivergence) and now my fiction. It felt fitting to honor this moment with something that carries that same symbolism of reflection, reunion, and light in the dark.

Though juggling practice life and book release logistics has kept me very busy, I want to pause here to say a heartfelt thank you to anyone who may be reading this. The support for Reigning Fire so far has been overwhelming in the best way, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has cheered me on, preordered a copy and written a review.

We’re officially one month out from Reigning Fire's launch day, and the 20% preorder special is still live (until 18 Oct 2025)—including the bundle deal with Nurturing Neurodivergence.

Here’s to carrying the light of the moon into new chapters—both in practice and in story. 🌙

Jasmine would like to acknowledge Australia’s First Nations Peoples – the First Australians – as the traditional owners of the land on which she works and lives, and pay respect to the elders - past, present and emerging - by acknowledging the ongoing connection that all Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have to this land.
